The staff was friendly and offered lots of support, including access to dishes and a microwave for meals. The area was also quiet, removed from the main traffic. I appreciated the daily room service, which ensured fresh towels and a tidy space each day.
The stairs were very steep and narrow, so hauling luggage up was a bit challenging.
